Whole Person Approach

I have created a unique system combining body/mind/energy field tools and practices that will help you achieve transformational results and feel like a new you. For over 10 years I have supported and helped over 450 women and men of all ages, with their relationship with food, their bodies, and healing energy imbalances in the energy field. I am committed to help you too. 

Set Intentions

When we create an intention it clarifies what we want to achieve, creates direction, and helps us visualize where we want to go. This may seem simple but it is deeply powerful. We will begin each appointment by setting an intention for our time together whether in person, by phone, or video chat.

Tell your story

As a deeply compassionate listener, it is important to me that I fully understand you as a whole person. You will have an opportunity to tell me your story including any physical, health, and emotional challenges you have been struggling with. I will listen wholeheartedly as you share with me what you have tried and what hasn’t been working for you.

Listen Between the Lines

Words are powerful and how we talk to and about ourselves can deeply influence how we feel and how we manifest what we want. As a highly sensitive person, I will use my intuition and “listen between the lines” to the language you use to describe yourself, your life, your body, your health concerns, your beliefs about what you want, deserve, and think you can achieve. We will re-create your narrative into positive, affirming, motivating language and transform your beliefs from self-limiting to empowering.

Develop Whole Person Guidance

I will support you as a whole person. l see all of you. I believe that finding balance and healing is a layered process, not a linear one and healing often comes from a combination of modalities and approaches. Focusing on nutrition in isolation from the rest of your life is not as transforming as combining delicious food that works for you with joyful movement that works for you, stress reduction, and doable energy management practices.

Customize Recommendations

Each of us has unique fingerprints, and a unique microbiome, proving that no one solution fits all of us. I will give guidance that is customized to your particular needs. This includes food sensitivities, health conditions, food-ways, where and with whom you eat your meals, what is stressful in your life, what brings you joy, work, and play schedules, what equipment you have for meal preparation, and how to fit in all of the care you need in order to stay balanced.

Create Solutions

Thinking creatively is one of my special gifts. I will employ this creativity to help you find delicious food that works for you no matter what are your ingredient-restricted, food sensitivities, or health conditions.

Walk the Path Together

I have been where you are, not feeling my best, frustrated about not having answers, seeking holistic solutions, and desiring to have someone who is really listening. Walking with you I will be part of your team and together we will create the balance and joy you are looking for.

How to begin

I will listen deeply to your story as you share what you are currently struggling with, what approaches you have tried, and what is not working for you right now. This first conversation helps to Clarify your Vision for your health, wellness, life balance, and relationship with food and your body. 

During this time we will discover if the work that I do makes sense for you.
